Tax Policy

No Sales Tax Outside of California. Only California state residents are subject to sales tax. Everyone else is exempt.

Domestic Shipping: All Domestic packages are shipped Ground Shipping For Free (Unless other shipping method was selected on the order)


International Shipping: All International Packages are Shipped Via USPS. (Unless other shipping method was selected on the order)


• with our Free Standard Ground Shipping option we retain the right to choose the best method for freight. If the ultimate destination for your package requires a specific method because the area has limited access, you are required to pay for shipping. A customer is also required to pay for shipping if he/she needs expedited shipping.
• we ship UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL depending on your location and the shipping method you have chosen.
• most shipments are sent out within 1-2 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, orders will be shipped out to the shipping address provided by eBay. (Orders are not able to be modified once order has been finalized and synced to our system. Customers may request to cancel order if incorrect address was provided. Once tracking information has been provided, we can no longer cancel  or stop shipment.)
• Packages are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• Shipping time by eBay is estimated and not guaranteed and is subject to change especially during peak periods.
• Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or Alaska may not select the Free Shipping option for this item, if free shipping is selected for one of these destinations we reserve the right to cancel your order.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS First Class International shipping is a non traceable service.
We ship to APO, FPO and P.O Boxes. Buyers having APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses must choose USPS Mail option when purchasing since UPS does not deliver to these addresses. Transit time is dependent on the carrier service and cannot be guaranteed by us, sellers are not responsible for services transit time and the information provided is by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any costs incurred do to import taxes in any given country (Unfortunately, we are not sure if import customs tax will be assessed as we are not aware of their rules and regulations. In this case, please check with your local federal agencies customs and border patrol to acquire further details).  Please keep this in mind while browsing in our eBay store. In addition, declaring an item as a "Gift" or declaring a value that is lower than the actual cost of the product, as to avoid paying import taxes is ILLEGAL, As it violates U.S. & International Selling and Customs Laws, as well as eBay policy and WILL NOT BE DONE.

If you have any questions about the return contact our Customer Support by marketplace@botach.com or 1-323-306-2170 . All products must be returned in original condition and contain all manufacturer packaging and tags. Any Product that does not meet our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

If an item proves to be defective within the 15-day return policy or is shipped incorrectly, we will be more than happy to cover the return shipping to have the item replaced or credited to you. We may ask that you return merchandise directly to the manufacturer if it is after our 15-day return policy if the product is covered by any manufacturer warranty.

 

Please allow 2-4 business days after we receive your package to process your return.

 

Refunds

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-4 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.

 

Damaged Items

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2-business day after the date of receipt.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.??If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, and issue a return label for the product. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

 

Replacement

We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. ??To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product, upon completion of our return process.

 

Returning Items??All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.

 

International Returns? The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping should they decide to return the product.
